AM Tech is a pioneering application crafted to offer advertisers a fresh approach to connect with consumers. Unlike the conventional model where advertisers pay ad-providers for users' time, AM Tech reverses the paradigm by urging advertisers to compensate users directly for their time, bypassing the intermediary ad-provider.
Leading and overseeing a technical development team, I conceptualized and facilitated the creation of a comprehensive product suite. This suite included a rewards mobile application, a data management application tailored for current and future business needs, as well as web and marketing design initiatives. Additionally, I managed the design and development of a brand package for AM Tech. Alongside meeting primary objectives, I collaborated on crafting go-to-market strategies, Executive Summaries, Pitch Decks, and narratives aimed at attracting potential investors.
The product suite ought to encompass a web application for managing data, a mobile application for consuming data, a backend API for data handling, and a game engine for delivering real-time data to actively engaged users.

/final words
With a sitemap and all user flows in hand I created wireframes for the mobile application to ensure that we understood how it would interact with the web application. Every screen was scrutinized and evaluated for technological specifications and then prototyped to ensure interaction design made sense and could be accomplished by the developers.
