HZWARE, a UK brand renowned for its exclusive designs inspired by iconic shows, artists, and pop culture icons. Despite their social media success, their website required a substantial overhaul. The existing design was exceedingly basic, lacking a Unique Value Proposition and an effective customer journey to guide visitors to their desired products.

solution

Set out to redesign the website, my main goal was to make it easier for users to find exactly what they were looking for, despite having a vast array of designs spanning over 40 different pop culture niches.

deliverables

To achieve this, we introduced an intuitive product categorization system. Customers could now effortlessly refine their search by product type, whether it's socks, belts, and more, or by specific niches like Frito Lay, Nickelodeon, or Basix, all in just a few clicks.

/final words

In the first few months after the launch of the new website, HZWare witnessed a remarkable 58% increase in conversion rate compared to the previous period. This redesign not only accelerated product discovery, but also provided HZWare with a flexible platform for creating future collections and products without compromising the user experience created.
